When I snapped this picture earlier today, I actually had no idea that the Steelers–my favorite football team–were playing an exhibition game tonight. I texted the picture to my buddy and fellow Steelers fan Chad because he got Lucy her own personal Terrible Towel way back before she was even born. Even though she was being put to bed by the time the game actually started, I could feel her cheering in the other room as I watched the Steelers score on the Eagles. But, this being the pre-season and us having Doctor Who episodes to watch, I didn’t stick around. I guess my geekiness won out over my fan-ness. Were this a real game, though, I’d be glued to the TV as a Pittsburgh game being broadcast in New York is a pretty rare thing.
